However Audrey wears many hats at Spa Centrale Parc she is the in-house aroma therapist, naturopath and she manages the Spa. Joel Castanet is a physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Marseille in France. He has extensive training when it comes to massage therapy techniques such as Reflexology and Reiki. In 1983 he started his internship in hospitals and in 1988 he was called to practice physiotherapy in Ile Maurice for the Ministry of Sports. In France he lent his expertise to many organizations such as the Baumettes Prison Hospital and a retirement home. Here in Québec, his beginnings as a teacher and a consultant date back to 1994.
