We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a 48-hour notice for any ritual. Note also that 72 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a group of 4 or more. Failure to notify us of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the full amount of the services being charged to your credit card or gift card.
In order to take full advantage of your treatment, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the scheduled time and you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.
A valid credit card number or your gift card reference is required to make an appointment.
We only accept Wayspa cards up to a maximum of $ 100 per person.
